Hey there, Cherry Blossoms!🌸
About a year ago, I was a bit obsessed with following the Japanese Micro-Seasons and how to honor them. Just remembering this obsession now has me obsessing over them again.
In case you are wondering, the current micro-season is ... First rainbows.
So, step outside on the next rain shower and see what you can see!
I was amazed at how the same seasonal changes happening in Japan were happening outside my window in little York, PA, where I live.
But, that's the thing.
We're all so interconnected because nature itself connects us. 🌸
Natural rhythms and seasons are more powerful than we realize, especially if we aren't paying close attention.
In fact, what if you started paying close attention to your business's micro-seasons? Or your creativity's micro-seasons?
This kind of slowing down and paying attention and being all in on something powerful and profound is what drives my work here in The Power of SLOW.
I'm working on some beautiful new offerings and resources to help you slow down everything. Your life. Your marketing. Your sales process. Your business. 🌸
Because what I absolutely know for sure is that we must start to do things differently. We must start to put more care and attention into everything we do.
That intentionality -- if you carry it forth -- will change everything for the better.
Even and especially YOU. 🌸

SLOW MARKETING TIP:
embark on a one-platform
only marketing challenge
There is no shortage of marketing channels and platforms. If you tried to build a presence on all of them -- or even just some of them -- you'd easily burnout on marketing.
(speaking of marketing burnout ... I'm working on something about this!)
I caution my clients from focusing on too many platforms and, instead, suggest you go all in on the ONE that will deliver the most ROI.
So, your slow marketing tip for this week is this ... For the next 30 days, focus on your highest-performing marketing platform and temporarily pause all others.
This simplified approach prevents fragmented attention and allows mastery of one most aligned ecosystem. Many micro-business owners discover they need fewer platforms than they thought to see the same -- or even better -- results.

A SLOW Business Tip 🦥
– because this is my #softandslow ERA.
In a world where everything feels urgent, slow business asks us to pause and thoughtfully identify what truly matters. Instead of reacting to every demand that crosses your path, take time to deliberately choose what deserves your precious attention and energy.
Consider those micro-seasons not just of nature but of your own life and business.
Your highest priorities should align with your needs and the business you're intentionally building, not merely maintaining the one you already have. This means regularly creating space to step back and see the bigger picture before deciding where to focus your efforts.
SLOW BUSINESS WISDOM: Dedicate time to working in your Zone of Brilliance - those areas where your unique talents shine brightest. As the heart and soul of your business, your energy is best spent on activities that only you can do exceptionally well. 🦥
